Chief Executive Officer

Simon joined LFC in 1991 and in 2003 was appointed managing director with global responsibility for the company’s business. In 2015, in the face of unprecedented challenges for the FIMBank Group, he was appointed Acting CEO and tasked with leading the Group on a course which would enable it to meet the performance expectations of its shareholders. In the space of seven months, Simon managed to implement an effective turnaround strategy, fine-tuning FIMBank's strategic focus, overseeing the transition towards a more efficient deployment of resources, and consolidating the Group's global operations. Simon is CEO of LFC and a member of FIMBank’s Executive Committee.

Head of Trading

Tony has a banking career spanning 40 years. In 2006 Tony joined LFC and he is currently Head of Trading based in the London Head Office. He manages a team of 4 traders and is responsible for the trading activities of LFC.

Head of UK Marketing

Paul is a client focussed finance professional with 25 years’ experience in finance and marketing roles after having qualified as an accountant early in his career. Paul joined LFC in 2018 from UK Export Finance and was appointed Head of UK Marketing in 2021. Responsible for originating and executing LFC trade finance solutions for UK SME and Corporate exporters who are typically looking for trade finance solutions for sales into emerging markets.

Head of Operations

Following the acquisition of LFC by FIMBank in August 2003, Lorna was entrusted with establishing the LFC Operations Unit in Malta. During the course of 2006 her role expanded to encompass the establishment and management of the Factoring Department for FIMBank plc. Lorna remains an intrinsic member of LFC’s management team in ensuring that LFC continues to play a meaningful role within Global Trade Finance and Forfaiting.Lorna is also the deputy chair of ITFA, the leading association in secondary market distribution.

President of London Forfaiting Americas Inc. (LFA)

Greg joined LFA in 1994, he was appointed President in 2002 and his primary responsibility is overseeing LFAs North American origination and distribution efforts. Greg has specialized in Trade Finance since 1990. In addition to Forfaiting, Greg is well experienced in International Factoring, EXIMBank Finance, Back to Back L/C facilities and Structured Trade Finance.

President of London Forfaiting Americas Inc. (LFA)

Wenli Wang joined London Forfaiting Company Ltd. in 2015 as the Head of Chinese Business Development, mainly focusing on originating trade assets from primary and secondary markets in China. Based in Cologne Germany, Wenli also markets LFC’s services to German corporates who export to emerging markets particularly South East Asia and Africa.

Representative, London Forfaiting Company in France

Eric Baillavoine is a customer focused transaction banking, corporate banking and strategy development expert with over 20 years of experience in France. Eric joined LFC in 2014 and is currently based in Paris where he has the responsibility of the French market. His role is to source businesses from primarily French exporters, and also neighbouring countries of Belgium and Switzerland as well.

Managing director of London Forfaiting do Brasil Ltda

Alexandre T. Ozzetti has over 25 years of experience within the capital goods and financial services industries. In 1996, he joined LFC to set up the Brazilian subsidiary, London Forfaiting do Brasil (LFDA). In 1999 he was designated to be the Brazilian representative of London Forfaiting covering Brazilian capital goods industries and also other South American countries

Chief Representative

James joined LFC in 2021. He is a syndicated loan market veteran with over 25 years’ experience. He previously worked in various loan origination, distribution and trading roles in London, Hong Kong and Amsterdam. He is responsible for covering Asian (ex- China) counterparties for sourcing and selling loan and trade finance opportunities.
